Free-cutting brass to IS 319 Type I and BS 249 Type I, lead-free brass and special brass compositions subject to application review.

Thread systems

ISO Metric, BA, BSW, UNC, UNF, UNEF, PG, BSP, BSB, BSF, NPT, NPTF and drawing-specific thread profiles.

Surface finishes

Natural or polished brass, nickel, silver, tin and zinc plating in white, yellow or blue, plus specified custom coatings.

Brass turned components are precision parts produced from brass bar stock on CNC, sliding-head or automatic turning machines. The process creates controlled diameters, threads, grooves and profiles for repeatable use in OEM assemblies.

Yes. Parts can be manufactured from PDF, DWG or STEP drawings, CAD data or an approved sample. Please include the material grade, dimensions and tolerances, finish, quantity and inspection requirements with your enquiry.

The stated production range is 1 mm to 200 mm in diameter and up to 500 mm in length. Tolerances can be maintained up to ±0.01 mm, subject to the component geometry, material, process and inspection plan.

Available materials include free-cutting and lead-free brass grades, with special compositions reviewed against the application. Thread options include ISO Metric, BA, BSW, UNC, UNF, UNEF, PG, BSP, BSB, BSF, NPT and NPTF. Natural, polished, nickel, silver, tin and zinc finishes can be specified.
