Bushes, Sleeves & Spacers
Cylindrical brass turned parts for controlled spacing, alignment, bearing surfaces and repeatable OEM assembly.
Custom OEM production · Jamnagar, India
Precision brass turned parts manufactured to your drawing for electrical, automotive, renewable-energy and industrial assemblies. From prototypes and samples to repeat production, every enquiry is reviewed against the required material, tolerance, finish and inspection plan.
*Achievable tolerance depends on geometry, material and the approved production process.
One manufacturing partner
Shiv Om E-Tec India Private Limited manufactures custom brass turned components from bar stock using CNC turning, sliding-head and automatic turning processes.
Production is planned around the drawing—not a generic catalogue description. Critical dimensions, thread class, material grade, plating, annual volume and inspection documentation are reviewed before manufacture.

Buyer questions
Answers to common technical and quotation questions. Send the drawing for a component-specific review.
Brass turned components are precision parts produced from brass bar stock on CNC, sliding-head or automatic turning machines. The process creates controlled diameters, threads, grooves and profiles for repeatable use in OEM assemblies.
Yes. Parts can be manufactured from PDF, DWG or STEP drawings, CAD data or an approved sample. Please include the material grade, dimensions and tolerances, finish, quantity and inspection requirements with your enquiry.
The stated production range is 1 mm to 200 mm in diameter and up to 500 mm in length. Tolerances can be maintained up to ±0.01 mm, subject to the component geometry, material, process and inspection plan.
Available materials include free-cutting and lead-free brass grades, with special compositions reviewed against the application. Thread options include ISO Metric, BA, BSW, UNC, UNF, UNEF, PG, BSP, BSB, BSF, NPT and NPTF. Natural, polished, nickel, silver, tin and zinc finishes can be specified.
Typical applications include electrical connectors, switchgear, distribution equipment, automotive fuel and sensor systems, renewable-energy assemblies, instrumentation, automation and general industrial equipment.
Send the technical drawing or sample, material grade, annual or batch quantity, surface finish, required standards and any inspection or packing instructions. These inputs allow the team to review manufacturability and quote accurately.
